If the User requests cancellation of the Lodging Services at least 16 (sixteen) days but no more than 30 (thirty) days prior to the date of arrival at the Property, as specified in the Reservation Slip, RCI will reimburse and/or refund 50% (fifty percent) of payments made by the User and/or charges made to his credit card, and c. If the User requests cancellation of the Lodging Services at least 31 (thirty one) or more days prior to the date of arrival at the Property, as specified in the Reservation Slip, RCI will reimburse and/or refund 70% (seventy percent) of payments made by the User and/or charges made to his credit card.
