Considered the "Showplace of Puerto Vallarta" the 14,000 square foot Villa Verano and it's waterfront acre of tropical landscaping create a serenity all their own. Recently featured in Robin Leach's "Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous." Perched on the beach in Conchas Chinas, the most elite section of Puerto Vallarta, the estate commands a truly spectacular view of Banderas Bay and the blue Pacific. The ten gracious size bedrooms, most with two queen size beds, all overlook the ocean. The spacious marble baths and the handrubbed driftwood tone hard-woods are just two of the unique design statements of the grand villa. With its congenial staff including an excellent chef, it has been host to celebrities from around the world. Massive brick walls wich surround the entire estate are a sentinel to its privacy and solitude. Very secluded, yet just a delightful walk to all the shops, restaurants and exciting night life. Truly one of the great waterfront estates of the Mexican Riviera.
The menus are selected by the guests, and all shopping is done by the staff on an "at cost" basis; there is no mark up. A computerized, itemized printout of the grocery bill will be presented to the guests the day before departure from the Villa, at which time the bill is paid either by cash or traveller's checks. The chef trained under American standards washers all fruits and vegitables in a purifying agent prior to their storage in the refrigerator. The estate has a 30,000 gallon water purification system. Electricty is available with standard us recepticals. An information packet with answers to most questions will be sent 30 days prior to arrival. This Villa books 2 years in advance for Christmas, and one year in advance for most other holidays. |

Deposits: 50% to hold reservation
Payment Policies: 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you travel (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made by check or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for an additional 2% credit card processing fee. This property requires a $500.00 refundable security deposit.
Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
