The Villa has 5 bedrooms each with air conditioning, private bath, ocean view & terrace. The main floor includes 2 bedrooms, kitchen, dining area and a guest bath. The upper level includes two more bedrooms and spacious living area with vaulted ceilings that opens onto the upper terrace. Casa Amapas is one of the original homes build in Conchas Chinas, recently remodeled to retain the best of Classic Vallarta style with a Mediterranean influence. The Villa has 5 bedrooms are all beautifully decorated with private baths, air-conditioning, fans, ocean views & terrace. The master suite has a king size bed with a full ocean view. Two of the rooms have twin beds that can also be made into a king. The fourth room has two double beds and the studio also has a king.
The pool and nearby palapa are surrounded by lush tropical vegetation for complete privacy. The spacious upper terrace is perfect place to enjoy the sunset or lounge away the afternoon in the shade of the pergola.
The villa comes with a complete staff including cook, houseman and housekeepers. It also has a TV with DVD player, stereo system and purified water throughout. This casa is wheelchair friendly for a person to stay on the main floor and access the pool & dining area. |

Deposits: 50% down to hold the reservation
Payment Policies: 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 45 days before you travel (60 days on Holidays). Payments can be made by check or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for an additional 2% credit card processing fee.
Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
