Casa Canta Rana is a new contemporary Mexican beach villa on a bluff overlooking the north shore of the Bay of Banderas blending the best of modern conveniences with accents of traditional Mexico. There is a private beach with access from the house. There are miles of beach and great swimming, snorkeling and surfing in front of the villa.
There is a completely private Palapa with built in furniture and phone on the way to the beach. Casa Canta Rana has a 45' free form heated pool between the ocean and the house surrounded by stone patios and shaded areas with furniture and a wet bar. The Jacuzzi overlooks the coastline. The pool and Jacuzzi are both tiled with Italian glass tiles.
The villa has a very open floor plan but all rooms can be closed with sliding glass walls and are individually air conditioned. All rooms have unobstructed views to the Bay and Puerto Vallarta and the Marietta Islands. Casa Canta Rana is located near the entrance of the bay so that it is protected but still enjoys the feel of the open Pacific Ocean. |

| Amenities: The villa consists of three suites all with private outside terraces. All have marble baths and one has an indoor and outdoor shower and private sunning area. Two suites are on the second floor and they share a Palapa with built in sofa. One suite is on the ground level with direct access to the gardens and pool.
The kitchen is state of the art with granite counters and mahogany cabinetry. All appliances that you could expect are available. The kitchen will seat six and the outdoor dinning palapa will seat eight to ten. There is state of the art water purification and all tap water is potable.
There are separate quarters with bedroom, kitchen and bath for those traveling with their own staff. Airport transfers, additional staff, cooking staff, liquor and food provisions can be provided upon request at additional cost. The villa includes maid service, gardener, and pool service.

Payment Policies: 50% down to hold the reservation, final payment is due 60 days before you travel. Payments can be made by check or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover credit cards for an additional 2% credit card processing fee. $1000.00USD refundable deposit for phone usage and property damage. Special Services: Airport Transfers, Cooking, Car Rental. Price does not include 17% tax.
Cancellations: If your reservation is cancelled, Villas and Condos.com, L.L.C. provides refunds if, and only if, we can re-book the property for the identical travel dates and at the same rental rate. If the property remains vacant, no refund is issued. All cancellations will be assessed a $150.00 processing charge regardless of any re-booking. Please realize that the earlier you cancel, the better the chances are the property will be re-booked. If you cancel at the last minute, we will often cut the rental rate to attract a booking. If this happens, your refund will be deducted based on the difference between the full rate and reduced rate and less the $150.00 processing charge. In most cases, last minute cancellations do not get re-booked in which case refunds will not be issued. To protect your vacation investment, we strongly recommend that you purchase travel insurance. Travel Insurance is a great option to protect you and may be purchased by speaking to one of our agents. This insurance also covers many other conditions such as airline accidents, lost baggage, "Acts of God" , trip cancellation and pre-existing medical conditions. Travel insurance must be purchased within 14 days of booking your reservation. Please ask the agent booking your reservations for further information on this service. We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance.
